Hello everyone my name is AVNISH SINGH and today my blog is about celebrity diet plan and that celebrity is the BHAI of bollywood SALMAN KHAN.He is an actor,producer,singer and social worker.He runs a charitable trust called BEING HUMAN.In his acting career he gave lots of all time blockbuster movie like-WANTED,DABANGG,EK THA TIGER,KICK,BHAJRANGI BHAIJAAN,SULTAN,TIGER ZINDA HAI and more.So today we are going to talk about his fitness routine and diet plan.Everyone knows that he started the shirtless trend in bollywood from(PYAAR  KIYA TO DARNA KYA to RACE 3)

                                     Pre-Workout
