Most of the people make a mistake to avoid breakfast.This is one of the most important meal.Because when you wake up in the morning your body is in the 8 hours of fasting state which means it doesn't get nutrition.Breakfast means it break your 8 hours of fast and provide energy to keep active daylong.
Breakfast Option :

Oats is the one of the best option for breakfast.It also fill your tummy and provide nutrition.

Egg White is the one of the other best option for breakfast.It has high amount of Protein.But eat only white portion not yellow because it contain lots of cholesterol and fat.

Brown Beard Peanut Butter Sandwich is healthy and tasty option for your breakfast.

2-Eat lots of salad

Include lots of salad in your daily diet.It contain all the fibre and nutrients and also cut fat from your body.

3-Drink WATER

Water help to detoxify the body and keep hydrate.We should drink 3-4 liter a day.It also help to flushout all bad fats in our body.
